Since then, Lil Reese has been a prominent figure in the drill music scene, known for his gritty lyrics and aggressive delivery.

The Infamous Neck Tattoo

One of Lil Reese’s most recognizable features is his neck tattoo. The tattoo, which reads “300,” is a reference to his gang affiliation with the Black Disciples, a notorious street gang in Chicago. The number 300 represents the gang’s block, which is located on 64th and Normal in Chicago.
